Refund Policy For Stock Items:
A refund is not applicable except for these conditions.
1. Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
2. Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation/ specification different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
3. The product should be opened and checked with the delivery man, no complaints will be accepted after the delivery man has left. If you can't check due to special reasons, then you should open the box by video while opening the box. If the video evidence is found to be true, our team will consider the complaint. But it is best if you check in front of the delivery man.
Refund Policy For Pre-Order Items:
Customers will get a full refund against their advance payment in the normal cases if we are unable to deliver the product within our standard delivery time (40-45) working days.
Special Note: As all our products are imported from China, if the shipment is delayed for any abnormal conditions ( customs release issues, cargo airline crisis, political issues, fight off, global pandamic issue and lockdown, etc).In that case, we need more time to deliver, and a refund will not be allowed.

- For any reason whatever, if BUSKIN BLISS or its authorized agents completely fail to deliver the ordered product(s), customers will get a refund as per the timeline agreed by your respective Bank. However, standard timing may take 7 (Seven) working days for the refund to your Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Account, or through cheque.
